The is a great company. Called for service and they came out the next day. Service tech Conrad showed up early for the appointment. Explained our concern about a damp wall. He did a through checked inside and out but could find an issue with drain pipe or plumbing. Gave advice for what may be causing it. He stated there was no charge. Wow with experience with other company that was refreshing. Had water works out years ago they replaced drain pipe in front yard. They just always go quality work. Highly recommend.
Service was easy to schedule. Technician called within the designated window and about 40 minutes prior to arrival. Technician was courteous and professional. The technician explained the cause of the problem in understandable terms. The repair was completed promptly and at a reasonable cost.

Original review: Tech was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. Also used shoe covers indoors, which was appreciated. Low rating is because I was told over the phone (I believe by Barbara, though I was told this by 2 different people by phone and I didn't write down the names) that the price I was quoted was for both A/C and furnace maintenance together in one trip. I was instead told when the tech arrived that price was only for A/C and it would be double that price for both. Miscommunications can happen, though twice on the same day made this feel like a bait-and-switch. Had I known, I would have gone with the other company I got a quote from that offered to do both for a little more than I was just charged for one (since I didn't want to deal with scheduling another appointment). Personally I won't use them for any additional services or recommend them to friends at minimum unless a written estimate is given.
